当前版本的成熟度模型，分为5大方面：
- Investment 投资 | How are staff and funds allocated to platform capabilities?
- Adoption 采纳 | Why and how do users discover and use internal platforms and platform capabilities?
- Interfaces 接口 | How do users interact with and consume platform capabilities?
- Operations 运营 | How are platforms and their capabilities planned, prioritized, developed and maintained?
- Measurement 度量 | What is the process for gathering and incorporating feedback and learning?
4 个成熟度等级：
- PROVISIONAL 临时采纳级
- OPERATIONAL 运营级
- SCALABLE 可扩展级
- OPTIMIZING 优化级
